Question 1 related to drug screening - Urine test. If testing center closes for lunch at 12:30, is it Quest policy that the testing center is not allowed to perform this type of test after 12:00 and patient are required to come back after Quest lunch break to take a test ??????
Question 2 Are the testing locations allowed to lock the doors at noon, knowing they do not go to lunch until 12:30. I believe they are trying to keep people out so that they can go to lunch, If you arrive at 12:05, the door is locked, you have to knock to get them to let you in, immediately after walking inside, they lock the door again.

Every time we go to this location, nothing but issues - Staff is rude every time. Today was 6th attempt to have this drug test.
