Re QUEST DIAGNOSTICS LAB IN LAKEWOOD RANCH FLORIDA. I just tried to do a walk-in and was astounded about how disorganized AND unsafe they were. No help or apparent safety protocols. We walk-ins just milled around the lobby waiting for someone to call us. We also had to instruct people with appointments what to do and to keep distances. After 3/4 hr and NOBODY waiting called [or even had a name taken] i gave up. Compounded by the fact that all there [including me] had a medical issue or concern i was particularly upset.
