"You can count on us" is your company slogan. However, that isnt true in my case. I cant seem to get a pickup of my recyclables. I have called customer service several times since I started with your company in August. Ive talked to representatives and supervisors but no-one seems to be able to do anything permanent. One time it is picked up and then the next time Im ignored. Ive paid for service Im not receiving. Please help - show me that I can count on you.
