Dear Mr. Ralph Lauren.
My name is Esther, and I saved up to by myself a pair of Ralph Lauren Leather Riding Boots. I live in Florida, and I wore the boots one time to an event in New York. The inside of the boot is shedding, making the boot totally unwearable. The outside is beautiful, and the soles are perfect. I only wore the boot once to an event indoors. I saved all of my tips to buy myself these boots, and now I can't wear them. Shelia from customer care offered me a 15 dollar gift card to purchase something at Ralph Lauren stores. She also offered a second option to price match a new pair of boots with Macy's price. She was very nice, and I do appreciate her effort in wanting to help me, but I cannot do anything with 15 dollars. As for the price match, the new pair of boots are 61 dollars, and I already spent 99 on the ones that fell apart. I wanted to mail the boots back to corporate, but she said your policy does not allow me to return the boots that were purchased at Bloomingdales. All I want is to be able to replace the boots. Please help, thank you
