@ralphlauren – Ralph Lauren – Hello, I recently spent about $5000 buying your beautiful clothing for my grandchildren without realizing

Debbie McNeill sent a message to Ralph Lauren that said:

Hello, I recently spent about $5000 buying your beautiful clothing for my grandchildren without realizing their parents would REFUSE to accept based on your UNETHICAL business practices. I didn’t realize that your online grade is “F” due to use of child labor, sweatshop factories, irresponsible fabric sourcing and worker exploitation in Sri Lanka, India and the Philippines (https://guide.ethical.org.au/company/?company=2320). It is well overdue that Ralph Lauren,as a global leader in the fashion industry set a higher standard for ETHICAL business practise and hold themselves accountable for causing such human misery. Millennials have enormous purchasing power and many are not willing to support your company given its current business practise. It would be a shame to see you go the way of the dodo bird and a shame that my grandkids won’t get to enjoy your lovely clothing. Surely there must be a way for you to be profitable while having a sense of morality to humankind. I look forward to your reply.
