Hello Mr. Ralph Lauren,
I have purchased and worn many garments from your prestige line, business suits, shirts, sweaters etc. over the past 10 years. I have never had to return a garment or find an inferior product.

Over Thanksgiving holiday I purchased two sweaters and had them mailed to Texas where I was spending time with family. One from your online website, no issues fit and looks perfect as I expected with a Ralph Lauren product.

Sadly the other garment was from Dillard\'s online, shed all over anything it touched and I was unable to wear. The Dillard\'s sweater was a non refundable product which I was happy to purchase as I have never returned one of your items no need, they fit perfect are as described and of superior quality. Something I have grown to love.

The reason I am writing is to let you know that Dillard\'s sweater is of inferior quality and carries your label.

I am very disappointed and would like to know if you sell inferior quality products under your label at other department stores? I paid $80 for the sweater with shipping not terribly expensive however to not be able to wear the sweater it seems like a waste of money.

Just wanted to pass along this information and gain some insight as to how I should proceed in purchasing your products online. I usually go to the store so this was a first for me.
