Hello Mr. Rapino: After spending hours researching any options to contact someone at Ticketmaster, I have gotten nowhere. I'm very frustrated in trying to get a problem resolved with 4 tickets to Frozen (Touring) in Minneapolis. I am really hoping that you can assist me or direct me. My niece, Mara Teske, bought 4 tickets via her Ticketmaster account under order #51-30814/CH3. Mara and her 5 year old and my husband and I were the party of 4 intending to use the tickets for the October 10 performance. Weeks after the purchase was made, we were notified that our event tickets were changed to October 3. This is not acceptable, nor does it work in our schedule, as my husband is involved in a charity event here in the SF Bay Area on October 3. How can Ticketmaster just randomly change the date of our tickets when the event is still scheduled for the original date of October 10 and there are still tickets being sold for that performance? This needs to be corrected by reissuing our tickets to the original date of October 10. I need to purchase airline tickets to Minneapolis ASAP for the event but I don't want to make that purchase until I know we will have the Frozen tickets for the date (Oct 10) that will work for us. If you can help me with this matter or put me in contact with a person that can, I would be very grateful. There used to be Ticketmaster locations in our area where you can actually speak to a live person, but It appears that is no longer an option. My niece has already spent a lot of time trying to reach Ticketmaster through her TM account, tried live chat (which was not available), and sent an email (of which she has not received a response after 2+ weeks).
Thank you, Mr. Rapino, for your attention to this matter.
