I understand it would not be possible for you to intervene in individual matters regarding an issue over receipt of Event Tickets.( but on this occasion perhaps?)
Due to a cancellation of a concert ( ie Tears for Fears) I have been assured repeatedly that these tickets are to be reissued for the new date which is on the 2nd February 2019.I mislaid my original ticket and I am very anxious about the situation particularly as the cost of the ticket is considerable.
