I shall be grateful if you will spare me a few minutes of your time. I will be brief.
On 16 May 2019 I submitted a claim to NatWest Travel Claims which was declined on 8 October 2019.I was unable to respond until 14 February 2020 when I wrote submitting proof that they were wrong to refuse my claim.I received no response to this letter or to a further letter on 17 March 2020.I am unable to make contact by telephone or email and need to know if my claim is being met before I progress matters further. I shall be grateful for anything you can do to persuade someone to contact me.
