Re bed bug bites in your hotel Mirage myself and husband have been bitten badly and don't think your staff have handle this in the way you would expect we have moved rooms three times been offered our resort fees to be waived but we were going to be disputing them anyway with our holiday company and given 400 dollars for food and beverages JT said he would give us 2000 dollars refund on room but then we found out its having to be paid back buy the company we booked With find this very traumatic and want to go home I also want a copy of the report confirming the test was positive but have not been giving this which is our right so I would like you to step in and see what can be done
