RE: Circus Circus Hotel... I arrived Sunday March 25th...went down to the desk the 2nd morning... paid for another night with Glenda and the resort fe...went to see DIVAS at the Linq Hotel...came back was locked out of my rom. Went down to the desk. I couldn't find my I.D. but gave Cari (Mgr) my other credit cards, (especially the one I paid the room with)... my checkbook, my paycheck stub, my Drivers Licence that was a photo on my phone AND MY RECEIPT FROM PAYING FOR THE ROOM...SHE WOULD NOT LET ME IN THE ROOM...I EXPLAINED AS NOTED ON MY RESERVATION...I am traveling with a child who is disable and I told Cari /Manager this... She then said go to the rom Security will let me in.....WE WAITED 40 MINUTES MY DAUHTER WET HER PANTS... i Had to call 3 times to the Frnt Desk/ Security.... Finally Lisa (Security)... told me Cari never told her to come open our door. I told her my child has now wet herself...it's cold...I need to get her changed...can she please come open my room door so I can shwer and changed my chid... She did finally Security came.. I howered her and CHECKED OUT... i WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE HORILE EXPERIENCCE!!!
