In your letter you mentioned new features and faster service numerous times but only mentioned VALUE in passing. I and a number of neighbors are very close to canceling due to price. What we all need most is a better value in the form of a lower price. I am a senior on a fixed income that does not increase as quickly as cable prices. I would like to be able to delete expensive channels such as ESPN, Disney, etc. let us unbundle and chose.
