I ordered a Steelers IPhone 6 case on 9-26, and applied Kohls cash to the order. My pkg. was delivered on 10-4 and I was sent a case for an IPhone 7. I returned it today to the Kohls in Palm Desert, CA. The customer service technician would not refund the shipping cost of $8.95 and told me I had to call Kohls.com. I asked to speak with a mgr. who did refund the shipping, since it was Kohls mistake. However, I received the refund in Kohls cash, which was fine, but it was not for the total amount I paid. I paid $16 plus tax, and was refunded $15.24. Why was I not given the total amount I paid, especially when the item sent was incorrect? Karen Prusinowski.
