Dear Mr. Mansell:
As a long time customer with proven track record of buying power, Im troubled by irrefutable evidence of ongoing chaos, deception and fraud in my particular case. Ive placed two orders online without realizing that in turn I will be adversely affected by Kohls online sales department consumer fraud. The two orders arrived late, merchandise was not as described (constitutes False Advertisement and Fraud), all of the items were defective, torn, even infested with bugs ( two pillows). My urgent concerns were not addressed as promised, Ive been always lied to, scammed and defrauded by your staff in charge of my orders. Kohls company is in full possession of all returned items, however my refund is past overdue.
Should this negligence, fraud, deception and scam continue, I shall be seeking legal remedies in addition to my intended next plan of action which is:
Bad publicity
Complaints with state and federal agencies in charge
Legal action to recover all damages
As a journalist/Freelancer Im seriously troubled by consumers rip off stories and track records of negative publicity about Kohls as evidenced by social/digital media.
