Dear Mr. Schulman:

I have had 223 eBay transactions with PayPal with 100% satisfaction rating.

Last August I bought a guitar pedal from China on eBay.

It didnt work and that began a process that would have Kafka doing back-flips.

After lengthy negotiations the vendor said his supplier would send a replacement. LIE!

After a month, I asked for tracking information. They said it mustve gotten lost. LIE! So they would send another LIE!

Finally I asked PayPal to get me a refund. They said I would have to send it back to China, and they would pay for it. LIE!

I sent it, and asked PayPal for $18.95 refund, and $22.75 refund for postage totaling $41.70. I emailed copies of my post office receipt with Customs number, twice. By phone someone at PayPal verified the custom number.

My claim was dismissed because I didnt send the U.
S. Post Office tracking number. THERE IS NO U.S. POSTAL TRACKING WITHIN CHINA. ONLY THE CUSTOMS NUMBER.

Every time I have tried to get PayPal to do something about it, I get a different Customer Service person whose ability to THINK only extends to pushing another autoresponder button, most of which have nothing to do with the matter.

Is it your companys policy to only hire people with IQs lower than a bag of lint?

THE THING WAS DEFECTIVE. I SENT IT BACK AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE $41.70 REFUNDED.
