Racial discrimination exists here. I was present in a managers meeting wherein the general sales manager voiced her disdain for Mexican Americans. Mexican customers pay more interest on loans through HDFS, and are not considered for employment. They are way out of compliance re: Equal Credit Opportunity Act. I am former FI Mgr.
