I write to request that you review my risk management files of the above referenced number.
Your employer Mr. Danny Anfenson has been assigned to the claim but has not represented the MGM Resorts International Standards of:
Our goal is to provide the highest quality customer service and ensuring a consistent standard of excellence throughout our facility.
My matter is a simple one:
MGM Grand Buffet was negligent and left spaghetti on the floor. I was a patron and slipped, hurting my back, and neck area on Jan 4th, 2016. I made a report to the manager, Ms. Courtney Sammons whom apologized and helped me as much as she could.
I mitigated the damages by attending with a doctor. I lost compensation and suffered pain. My simple request is that I be duly compensated without creating unnecessary exposure for MGM.
Mr. Anfenson insists that I give him my tax returns and other documents that are non- discoverable under the PRIVACY ACT. Im sure he understands it is illegal to negatively respond to a claim with such demands.
Mr. Anfenson does not respond timely to my communications.
I have advised him that I prefer not to litigate and it seems he is compelling me to hire an attorney to do so. 45 days is more than adequate time to properly attend to my matter.
Would you be so kind as to review the situation so I may bring this matter to rest.
