Thanks for your mail, I never knew that SAMSUNG is such an APOLOGETIC organisation. Since 24/02/2018 , when I made the complaint, the only thing I have heard from your Call centre, Office and Service Engineers is that We are Sorry, We are Trying to do our Best, We Regret the Inconvenience caused to you and of course we are Always there to Assist you further.

I only wish instead of giving this standard formatted reply you and your staff move there ASSES a bit to serve your organisation better which is PAYING you. All I have got is stories and I am still sitting on day 08 (Eight) with a SHIT product manufactured by SAMSUNG which has packed up in FOUR months and for which I have paid Rs.60000/- hard earned money. You may NOT KNOW but I can guarantee you that SAMSUNG and its Incompetent staff will just do nothing till Monday, 05/03/2018 as all of you are enjoying your “HOLI” holidays. Suddenly on Monday all the parts required will be available in your office and all staff will wake up and start Apologising all over again.

SAMSUNG I ONLY WISH WAS NOT SUCH AN APOLOGETIC ORGANISATION”!!! Please hire some Professionals.
