Re: Target Niagara Falls Blvd. Amherst NY. Cashier Tracey on Reg 8 at 9:10pm Wednesday. She spends more time talking to her friends that are in her line than taking care of customers. I stood in line from 9:10pm till 9:30pm and I was the next person in line with only 2items! Made me late for work. Plus she gave me an attitude when I said no thank you to the red card! Contacted the store management and no response! Very rude customer service.
