Dear Ms. Fraser,
Unfortunately, I have no choice but to contact you about this.
I have been calling since Nov. 2017 to find out when I may expect to receive my real estate taxes over-payment of $2,387.53. I am retired and have had to take out a cover to cover it.
Today I spoke to 4 people, in your Customer Service and Tax Depts., none of whom could tell me anything other than it is being processed: (1) Charito, ID # 32273707, (2) Bobbi, Customr supervisor in Kentucky; (3) Jemia, who has no last name, no ID #, and no name for the dept. she is in; (4) Rachel, Customer Service supervisor, ID # 06693.
I have had to take a loan to cover this over-payment.
I look forward to your assistance and the prompt return of my money.
