Recently had my radio renewed for six months, when i checked my credit card transaction there were two charges one for the correct amount and then a second. I called to find out the charge, my card was used that same day I renewed my radio to activate a car i have never heard of. The "manager" had no information on how my card was used for this car and acted as if it was nothing. I have a hard time trusting sirius now and will not renew my radio again. I tried getting a hold of someone higher up with no success, very sad a company with such a big name will not protect they're customers who give they're credit cards with trust, and have no one to contact that eill assist in explaining what happened. Hopefully SiriusXM will not be steeling anymore money from me, now i guess i will have to monitor my credit card closely because i let thieves use it for my service.
