Recently Hilton honors closed my account 9 stays a way from diamond because of fraud they claimed I purposely purpotrated by not paying when if fact upon review of the accounting from the hotel folios by myself Is discovered ..., The hotel in fact owed me money due to the improperly posted credit by one desk clerk Id reference Id 2359803 ant 40.00 that is an advance deposit but listed as a charge which went appearantly unnoticed by management whom I had called to see about prior to the notification of Hilton honors of the alleged attempted fraud. That deposit would have easily taken care of the balance of $5.34which was owed under guest folio number 3341219968. As posted by NHONGUYEN. Make no mistake that it was never mind tension to defraud your company and I in fact didnt however I did leave me $5.34. In an envelope at the desk for the manager of the desk operation with a note to call me and I left copies of both folios properly audited with questions.
