Recently, I was traveling and used SWA to fly across the US to Oregon and then back to Florida. Just before my trip, I broke my foot and required assistance at every stop along the way. Your employees could not have been more helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. I am sure that you hear every complaint from every disgruntled passenger so I wanted to let you know that I think your airline and your employees are wonderful. Thank you for making air travel enjoyable again.
