On 3/9/16 I emailed regarding a mistake in my order, I received some type of hair gel instead of the alcohol that I ordered. I have been repeatedly told that the alcohol came from a supplier and that returns or exchanges have to come from them. I paid Walmart, not your vendor. After several email exchanges with Walmart customer service, the last date they responded was 4/20/16 with the same response and I have not heard from them since. I reiterate; I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS THROUGH WALMART, NOT YOUR VENDOR AND I HOLD YOU RESPONSIBLE. Your response has been totally unacceptable and contrary to any treatment I have received from any other store where I purchase online or at the actual store. Your treatment of me is beyond belief. I have not stepped inside a Walmart store or shopped online since nor will I do so until this is resolved. My next step is to use word of mouth and social media to broadcast your indifference and failure to handle this matter. Reference numbers in this matter are: I have retained all of the emails for future distribution to friends, family, and alternative online media outlets. DO NOT CALL ME, IF YOU ARE GRACIOUS ENOUGH ACTUALLY RESPOND, I WANT IT VIA EMAIL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE OR DISTRIBUTION. I am not providing a valid phone number.
