Your personal told us they would not accommodate us by taking my husband back while I held the dog in the waiting room. They told us that is was a Quest policy that if they are afraid, they don't have to service us. They wanted us to come back the next day or go to a location approx. 40 minutes away. We were livid. My husband had been instructed by the guide dog school, that if this ever happens, call the police. We did. A licensed and trained guide dog is no threat to anyone. Your employees have no right to deny service to anyone with a service dog. They don't have that right. Their fear is not an option, especially when we offered them a reasonable accommodation, which is not our burden to do. I
