I did not get what I ordered. I ordered the Nintendo Switch Super Mario Odyssey bundle @ $359.99. You sent me the console @ $299.99 and the video game @ $59.99 (packing slip total is $359.98 - because these are two separate items, not the bundle as shown.
I ordered online because when I called my local store (Lockport, IL) he told me they only had the console and video game separately for the same price. I did not want that! I wanted the one shown on your website with the super Mario character on the box, so I ordered it.
I just called your 800 number, but wait times are exceeding 30 minutes! This is no way to do business - I want what I ordered as it was pictured on your website.
TIme is running out for Christmas gifts. Would you please ship the bundle that I ordered to the Lockport, IL store for pick-up? I will gladly stop by the hand over what you sent in exchange for what I actually ordered.
