Regarding Tacobell My last 2 experiences at tacobell diff locations states.Burnt old food ice cold food. Emailed customer support never email back/no reply. Called twice recently,firsttime was supposed mangement notified that never happened.No call from mangement.2 nd time told mangement was told no phone call again.The main website inc rewards dont work and never gotten fixed.Ive never felt so disrespected as a custmer not cared about as a longtime valued customer upset stresssed annoyed disgusted about everything ive been thru ethan butler
