Dear Mr Slager,
I am contacting to let you know how disappointed I am with Republic Service's recycle pick up. It's been 4 weeks since my recycle bin has been picked up.
This is after contacting the customer service representatives multiple times, via phone calls and online chats. I have been reassured every single time that it will be picked up the next business days to no avail.
The last time I contacted customer service, I was told that somebody from my local office will call me regarding this issue. I have yet to be contacted from the local office regarding this matter.
I take recycling very seriously and would like you to see if you can address this issue.
