Dear Sir,
I am writing to you at this time to try to get to the bottom of my fathers account! My father has dementia & unfortunately it has & continues to take him down.
I have had to take over everything for my parents as my Mother suffers from Parkinson's disease & Alzheimer's also. Unfortunately with my father progressing as quick as he has, his bills did as well!
Now I have been playing catch up with everything to get them back on track. I am there only child that takes care of them plus my own family & full time job! I thought my fathers bill was back on track but apparently we are still having a misunderstanding! My parents have been established with Republic for a few years & have always paid for a full year up front! I spoke with I do believe your assistant about this matter a couple weeks ago & thought we were back on track but now service is suspended for another back balance & when I contacted customer service I was told I had to pay another $90 to get my account out of suspension? I am beyond overwhelmed sir as I am a only child that is in charge of everything!
I don't have time to argue with customer service or continue to be placed on hold. I am asking you to please take a moment to look into this matter & hopefully help me get this resolved & my fathers service reinstated.
