I am frustrated with Republic's response to my repeated requests to pick up a mattress from my home.
I have been given four dates over the last three weeks that the mattress was supposed to be picked up,
including one over ride of the third date , But it is still there. No explanation from schedulers as to why. The
average wait time for a phone call to be answered
has been over 5 minutes.
Could you have someone look into the bulk pickup
procedures?
