Dr. Tom Colella sent a message to Donald Slager that said:
Good Day Mr. Slager,
We have had unfortunate dealing with you customer service people today. For the most part they are rude and uncaring. At 0800 this morning (08-31-2021) we made a call to check on our dumpster status, and found out it was canceled because of a mess-up in your accounting system--an went through a living hell to get it reinstated. Several of your customer service folks, refused to give their name, one that did, Britney, was rude and hung-up on us. After an 1 hour and 45 minutes we we able to get the issue resolved with Gina, who is an excellent employee and deescalated the situation.
Our question is.....what has happened to customer service? Is everyone working from home, where there is no supervision? We think you really need to look into this department.
