good morning it is with great disappointment that I contact you after numerous complaints daily to customer service and escalations for 2 weeks and no trash pick up that we pay for a service and don't receive. I've a disabled veteran and paraplegic it saddens me to know with a philosophy that in on your web page does not actually demonstrate my frustrations. I wish you would grab hold of your winder, ga dispatch of operations and start weeding out the dysfunctional role this individual is setting. we live on the corner of a busy highway intersection and I have pictures to share with you that would embarrass a company who allows there name to be on a canister that is pick and choose dates. if this issue is not resolved I will be cancelling my service. your prompt attention would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance!
