Good morning,

I'm writing because I can't think what else to do. I've been a Republic customer for many years and was recently away on an 8-month vacation hold. I'm back in my rebuilt, brand-new home, and in the past three weeks my trash has been picked up only one time. After the first week, I have called customer support almost daily, and everyone has been very nice. However, only one of the customer support people has ever called me back, and none of these calls has resulted in a trash pickup. Oddly enough, my recycling is getting picked up, so I do seem to be on the route.

I'm sitting in my lovely new home office that overlooks my front yard, and I'm absolutely furious as that view is now of a pile of trash.

If I don't hear back soon, I'll be putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and posting to local social media. There has also been a recent petition to shift to municipal trash. I will not only sign it but volunteer to canvas door-to-door.

This has been simply unacceptable.

If there's anything you can do, I would appreciate it.
