Hello,
We have been a seasonal customer of Republic Services since 2014. We really struggle with your company: we cannot seem to get your trucks to pick up our trash consistently and the customer service will not answer the phone, so we have to rely on website form to report missed pickup with NO FEEDBACK, hoping someone will pick up our trash that has been out front of house since early morning! We have repeatedly called your offices to report missed pickups and for some reason it does NO good. We are on autopay, paying in advance to have you come and get our trash/recycle. I beg you to look at our customer file. If every phone call We have made to RS and online form we have filled out is in there, it might be the thickest customer file you have. If this email falls on “deaf eyes” we will cancel service. What a headache your company has been.
Thank you in advance if you decide one disgruntled customer is worth your attention. Shame on you if we are not.
