I am a disabled senior citizen who has on file that I do not have to bring the two pails down to the curb but leave them by the garage. In the past 3 months that have not picked up one of the pails 9 times. Therefore since I am paying $47.85 every 3 months I think I deserve a credit for all of my phone calls and time spent calling Republic. This week along I called on Tuesday (pick-up day), Wed. and Thurs. and my recycle is still not picked up.
