Genia Burry sent a message to Donald Slager that said:
I have been calling for over 30 days to get my damaged container replaced. Each time I call they tell me it will be replaced on my next scheduled trash pick up day. Each week it is not replaced. I have called 6 times now. Each time I am lied to and told the same thing- that my new container will be delivered. The last 3 times I have called, I have been told a manager will call me that same day. I have never received a call. I have been a customer for over 20 years. This is the worst example of customer service!
