John Pommerening sent a message to Donald Slager that said:
I have been frustrated by your billing depart again and again. I moved on 4/30/19 and stopped service on that day. A copy of my final water bill, as requested, was sent on 5/2/19. Yet I continue to have that account showing as past due. Every time I call I get a different response. I DO NOT want a past due utility bill on my credit history. Your company is so uncooperative. It's unbelievable. What does one need to do get results?
