I sold my home in LV in August 2018 and provided the required proof of the electric being shut off on 8/13/18. To date I have called Republic Service six times trying to get my refund. At no time have I received a promised return call. I am continually told someone will look into it and get back to me. I have spoken with several Senior Advisors and Billing Specialists. Please tell me what I need to do to get the refund. I’m sure you would not be so lenient with someone who has not paid your bill for several months. Why is your company not held to the same standard when the situation is reversed? Thank you for your time.
