Jon,

I am writing you as an upset customer. We are based in Baton Rouge, La. and use your company dumpster services. Brief narrative: On June 13 or 14, 2020 our dumpster was removed from our warehouse, when calling on our account the following week, No One could provide us any information to why it was removed. We had been set up to have another dumpster delivered June 19 (email below), but no dumpster was delivered until today June 25 after we called again this week. This is not acceptable and has affected our operations. After reading this email below, I hope you can understand our frustrations. James told me he was the customer services supervisor.
