I live in Cypress Tx. My Trash or Recycling has been missed 4 times in 2 months. The most recent was on Friday. I am extremely frustrated. I pay quite a bit for service and for it to continuously fail to occur is not acceptable. I have to go out of my way to report it and them it takes multiple days for Republic Services to come back out. My neighborhood does not allow you to leave things by the curb so the trash sits in my garage and smells awful. Your company continues to cause inconvenience for myself and my neighbors. You are in charge of a multi-billion dollar company. Multi-Billion!!!!! They cannot seem to follow a simple schedule. What are we paying you for? When I call in and ask to speak to a supervisor I am told that I will get a call back. I have NEVER received a call back and I have never been handed over to a supervisor. Am I going to receive a refund for my utility fees for all of the times you did not pick up my trash ? Jon, its Monday and my recycling along with all of neighbors is still out by the street waiting for your company to come and pick it up.
