I was referred to 619 421-9400 for customer assistance regarding my trash, waste container that we have had for years and years, that smell terrible, no matter how much we try to clean them.
Ms/ Atrilian responded, (not certain of the spelling on her name), she had me wait 15 minutes to speak to a supervisor, I spoke to Felicia, supervisor. Before I could voice my concerns or ask question she stated, \'cut to the chase, you want free cleaning and we will not provide this for you). These were not even my questions.
She went on to be extremely rude. I have never had such terrible, rude and impolite customer service.
I am a retired State of California and County of San Diego employee. We always provided excellent customer service no matter how busy we were.
