I have became an dis-satisfied patron of Republic Waste. I don't believe that I have ever had a late payment for services rendered. You know I should really not have Republic Waste's phone number in my address book. However, I do and for what reason? Missed pickups. I'm a person who doesn't like conflict, but in the last year or so, I have had many missed pick ups. Last year I believe I had 26 missed pick ups. This year going on 7 and they didn't pick up today as promised. My pickup day is Monday. Please explain to me why I should worry about your company's services every week and put garbage in my garage until they pickup. I'm trying so hard to be loyal customer, but Im at the brink.
