Don,
I was very disappointed in the terrible service from Republic Services recently. Your company now won't pickup bags, has no extra pickups, and is charging full fees for delivery and extra trash bins... all with no communication about this whatsoever. Nice to know Republic Service is doing absolutely nothing to help their customers during COVID-19 and just cashing in.
I suspect you will loose many, many customers in the coming weeks.
