Dear Mr. Slager,
Some time ago my residential garbage hauler , Elite Waste, was acquired by your company. Unfortunately a deterioration of service followed so I switched to a different waste company. Now your company is chasing me for $30 for pickup fees for the containers that were originally supplied to me by my former hauler at no charge. There is no contract which states this removal charge so I am asking you as a gentlemen to forgive these frivolous charges. Thank you in advance.
