Dear Sir, I've lived in the neighborhood of 2 of the sister buildings (N&S. 19141) in which you service, for almost 2 years now. I"ve talked to everyone who signs their name in an authoritated position pertaining to your trash pick up at 4.30 in the moning. This is a seniors housing neighborhood. The 2 buildings that you service, has 4 garbage bins tightly nestled together at the back of the 2 apartment buildings. It ratles the residents out of our beds with the banging and the sound of the reverse signals going off in such a tight area. They say, when you want something done, go to the top. Well, I can't go any higher other than the man at the VERY TOP. And HEwants us to settle our own affairs. So I'm appealing towards your good nature to help us with this problem that seems to fall on death ears with your company and the managment of these 2 apartment Buildings.
