@republicservice – Donald W Slager – Dissatisfied with the services I have received. I was given the wrong day for bulk

Dissatisfied with the services I have received. I was given the wrong day for bulk pick up services, and now I have to wait another month. I spoke with a supervisor and she stated she would escalate the matter and get back with the same day regarding a decision, which she did not do. I called the same day and there was no records that I had spoken with the supervisor. I called and the next day regarding the matter and was advised that I could pay to have the item picked up. I requested the number for your corporate office, and was advised that she would try to arrange a pick up for Monday and I given a case number 56551914. The individual reported I would probably get an answer later today. David @ 713. 726.7438 stated the items would not be picked up on Monday. I requested the corporate number and initially he reported I could call back in to get and the number and he finally gave me the number. He also reported I could call the City of Sugar Land to complain. This began with your company given me the wrong day of the month for my bulk pick up. I am asking this matter be corrected and that my mattress be picked up prior to the 4th Monday of July. This interaction shows a lack of good common sense and good business sense, but mostly poor customer service.
