Hi,Mr. Slager: My wife and I have been customers of your company for about two years. We were told that our trash pick up day was every Wednesday,to leave our trash at the curb on Tuesday evening. We have complied with this instruction. Last Wednesday came and went and no pick up. I called your company. They apologized and said that a truck should be in the area and, available to pick up my trash. that day came and went,same results. So far, no pick ups. I told them that I wanted to close out my account and go with another company, if they were not going to help me. "Mallory" in billing(in Arizona) said that my account had been closed but,said that there would be a final pick up on 5/7/18. For what it's worth, our payment due date is May 10/18. my wife sent out a payment for the amount of $122.31(Check# 4001) on 5/1/18. I wanted to continue with your company. However, I don't know if I can justify doing so, due to the poor customer service that I have received. I don't think that it is much to ask that I receive the service that I pay for. It is my hope that you will be able to facilitate a resolution to my predicament. Thank you.
