I have been trying without any success to get my account straight. I have been promised for over 2 years that it was going to be corrected and it STILL isn't. I have called over 15 times, and its documented, have been promised call backs, credits etc, yet still haven't received anything but wasted time. I have been a customer for over 12-14 years, had auto draft set up so your company was paid on time and had a great relationship until 2015 when everything changed. I can go on but it's too much to type. If some one looks at my logs and notes on my account you will see what I have been going through. I just want my account clear and move on at this point. I really hate that our relationship has ended this way but I tried and tried to resolve this without much help from the local representative branch. PLEASE WILL SOMEONE RESOLVE THIS. Court is my last wish but will go there if need be. Very Unhappy, John
