I seriously need your help with this situation. I'm a Republic Service trash customer since 2016. Pickup day was changed from Fridays to Mondays starting April 16th. My trash wasn't picked up that day. Okay, maybe new driver, container is big. I'll wait. Following Monday the 23rd, again no pickup! Tuesday morning the 24th I'm on the phone, this time talking to a supervisor, given many apologies, assured that I was on high priority and pick up would happen before end of the day. Never happened! Today I called again, more apologies, again totally assured that by the end of today the garbage would be picked up. It's after 6:00pm and no truck came today again! In total frustration I'm e-mailing you. My payment has never been late. I pay extra for the HomeRun service from Republic as I'm in a wheelchair, and as for that I've always been thankful to Republic.
I felt I needed to send in the big guns on this problem because the container is full now and without your help I don't see an end to this stinky mess! -Thank you for your attention. -Debbie Soto
