I am e-mailing you to gain some resolve as a customer.
I work for Indiana Wesleyan University and we just re-upped our contract with Republic effective 1/1/18.
As part of the negotiations we were to get a new compactor that serves our student center.
This contract was agreed upon past mid-November, and to date the compactor has not been replaced, so we are going on 6 months.
I have communicated with my sales representative (Steve Music) quite extensively, and I do not see him as the "weak link".
He has been providing excellent service with other requests, and has said that there is an issue with "Procurement", as far as this compactor replacement.
Can you apply some leverage from the top to help me?
